A clear-eyed audit of your current strategy, brand and communications. What’s working, what’s quietly failing, and what to do about it — delivered as a straight, actionable assessment.
Regular counsel for leadership, the way a trusted advisor should work — a standing relationship, not a one-off project, so decisions get made with experience behind them. Where the gap is capacity rather than direction, we put experienced hands inside your team.
Before a major launch, campaign, market entry or leadership decision — an independent, senior perspective to pressure-test the plan before you commit to it.
When something has gone wrong — a reputational issue, a leadership misstep, a message that landed badly — fast, calm, senior help to steady the situation.
The methods we use for clients, as short courses your team can work through between meetings. Per seat or per team.
The sectors our work has actually been organised around — categories, not a client list.
B2B software, fintech and deep tech — launches, trade and analyst press, founder profiles.
Healthcare, biotech, natural medicines, hospital and doctor marketing.
From furniture design to arts and antiques.
Brand launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings and the press days behind them.
Producers, restaurants and drinks brands — product press, tastings and trade shows.
Engineering and industrial firms explaining complex products to trade press and buyers.
Festivals, venues and hotels — pre-event press, media handling on the day, sponsor stories.
Founders, chairs and specialists who need to be quoted, invited and believed.
Agencies, charities and cultural institutions balancing public accountability with a clear voice.
Three engagements, told without the client names.
The brief. A strong product, no UK press presence, and a launch date eight weeks away. The founders had been quoted at home and never in London.
What we did. One message the whole team could repeat, a target list of twenty journalists who actually cover the category, a founder briefing, and a staged announcement with an exclusive first.
What changed. Coverage in the trade titles its buyers read, inbound demo requests in the first month, and a press office the marketing lead now runs herself.
The brief. A patient complaint had reached a national reporter. The group had no holding statement, three people willing to talk, and a board meeting the next morning.
What we did. A holding statement in the first hour, one spokesperson, a question-and-answer sheet the board agreed line by line, and a follow-up plan for the week after.
What changed. The story ran once, accurately, with the group’s position in it. No follow-ups. The same team now runs the crisis playbook it was trained on that week.
The brief. Third edition, half the previous budget, and sponsors who wanted to see an audience before they committed.
What we did. A sponsor story worth putting a name to, a partner search across three countries, press previews with the designers themselves, and the media desk on the day.
What changed. A full house, two sponsors signed for the following editions, and a press cuttings file that opened the conversations for the next year.
