Get your story in front of the right people.

CULTA plans your message, gets you press coverage, and runs the events that back it up — in plain language, with no wasted steps.

What we do

Three things. Done properly.

No bundled jargon, no vague programmes. Just the parts that actually move a growing business forward.

Get you press coverage

We pitch your story to journalists who actually cover your industry, and follow up until it lands.

Plan your message

One clear story, written down, that your whole team can repeat — to press, partners, and customers alike.

Run your events

From an investor lunch to a multi-city roadshow, we handle the logistics so you can focus on the room.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

You’ll know exactly what happens next at every stage — starting with a call, not a contract.

Step 1

We listen first

A 30-minute call to understand your business, your goals, and what “success” looks like to you.

Step 2

We build one plan

A short, concrete plan — what we’ll do, by when, and how we’ll measure it. No 40-page decks.

Step 3

We show our work

Monthly check-ins with real numbers: coverage won, people reached, meetings booked.

“Since we started working with CULTA, all our press follow-up complaints dropped to zero. I highly recommend them.”

How we think

Why, how, what, who

A brand is the set of thoughts and feelings attached to a company — the ones that decide whether someone buys it. Four questions get you to the ones that matter.

Why

Why a brand exists is more interesting than what it sells. People do not buy what you do — they buy why you do it.

How

A brand is judged by the people around it: who represents it, who sells it, who already bought it. That culture is the hardest thing for a competitor to copy.

What

The product has to be good — and “good” is decided by the customer, not by you. Focus means saying no to hundreds of reasonable ideas.

Who

We are a storytelling species. A brand is the sum of the stories it tells and the stories people tell about it.

The Academy

We also teach it.

The same methods we use for clients — media handling, crisis readiness, campaign planning — as short courses your team can work through between meetings.

Selected work

The proof belongs here

Three engagements, told without the client names.

Technology & software

A Nordic software company entering the UK

The brief. A strong product, no UK press presence, and a launch date eight weeks away. The founders had been quoted at home and never in London.

What we did. One message the whole team could repeat, a target list of twenty journalists who actually cover the category, a founder briefing, and a staged announcement with an exclusive first.

What changed. Coverage in the trade titles its buyers read, inbound demo requests in the first month, and a press office the marketing lead now runs herself.

Pharma & life sciences

A hospital group with a story about to break

The brief. A patient complaint had reached a national reporter. The group had no holding statement, three people willing to talk, and a board meeting the next morning.

What we did. A holding statement in the first hour, one spokesperson, a question-and-answer sheet the board agreed line by line, and a follow-up plan for the week after.

What changed. The story ran once, accurately, with the group’s position in it. No follow-ups. The same team now runs the crisis playbook it was trained on that week.

Events & hospitality

A design festival with a small team and a big room to fill

The brief. Third edition, half the previous budget, and sponsors who wanted to see an audience before they committed.

What we did. A sponsor story worth putting a name to, a partner search across three countries, press previews with the designers themselves, and the media desk on the day.

What changed. A full house, two sponsors signed for the following editions, and a press cuttings file that opened the conversations for the next year.
